Six months after the earthquake in Haiti, seven units from Trunz Water Systems are constantly in operation in the cities in the north (Sodo, Ventex), in the east (Jacmel, Cabanet), in the centre (Cabanetex) and in the southeast (Les Cayome).
Thanks to efforts by the Venezuelan government who had several Trunz Water Systems at their disposal for immediate disaster response, the units were shiped directly from Venezuela to Haiti.
The seven TWB 002 units were installed by a Venezuelan organisation in co-operation with the NGO „Food for the poor“.
We are glad to hear that the operators are more than happy with our system. According to their feedback, the Trunz Water Systems run much more reliable than other independent water equipment which was donated to Haiti. It is planned to install further 30 units in different cities.
