New development: Completely independent container solution for drinking water with solar power

Trunz Water Systems presents its latest product development: a mobile and independent container solution for disaster relief, remote communities and dry areas providing clean drinking water in quantities of 3 - 5 m3/h. The unit is powered by renewable energy. A highly energy efficient Reverse Osmosis (RO) system for brackish or seawater or Ultrafiltration membranes for freshwater remove contamination such as virus and bacteria as well as salt or dissolved solids (RO system) without requiring chemical treatment.

Mobile unit, easy for installation
Thanks to the complete design, the container can be commissioned without complex or time-consuming assembling/disassembling and the unit can be taken into operation within minutes.

No sand, no dirt, no heat problems
The isolated container housing protects all components from dirt and dust. The container has been designed for the harshest desert conditions with all of the equipment installed in a sealed, lockable and secure container that is air conditioned (optional) to protect the water treatment system and electronic controls.
It has been tested under harsh conditions in a field study sience 2009 in the Al-Alin desert near Abu Dhabi.

Flexible thanks to tailor-made concept
The container is a standardised product that fulfills many requirements. However, for specific applications Trunz Water Systems can adopt the technical specifications according to the clients needs.

High quality components = low operation costs
Trunz Water Systems is committed to high quality components that are reliable and longlasting. The RO-system consists of eight membranes and is equipped with a special and proprietary Pearson pump (energy recovery pump) in order to significantly reduce the power consumption.
